I am a Senior IT Project Specialist working on IT portfolio governance, resource visibility and cross-functional delivery. My earlier work spans decision-support systems, business intelligence, strategic planning, performance management, risk and investment feasibility. Alongside applied work, I study how technology can strengthen institutions and Türkiye's long-term capabilities.
